Francis Paraison was a Haitian painter well known for his unique style of painting. Francis Paraison (born April 8th, 1957, died NYC July 12th, 2002 in the hospital of cancer at age
 45 ) was a Haitian painter. He had some professional training at The French Institute of Haiti. He spent time in France, England, Japan, Switzerland, and Germany, where he has displayed and sold many pieces. Francis Paraison migrated to the USA from Haiti, and ended his days in New York. His work was exhibited in many galleries in Haiti and the Caribbean.
